I'm getting constant +90% CPU usage and insane stutters ever since this patch on whatever FPS cap I apply to the game. The thing is, game runs smooth as hot butter if fps uncapped, but, at the moment I cap the game to 58-60 fps, I get microstuttering Call of Duty: Ghosts fixes and tweaks - mouse acceleration, FPS drops and stuttering.
